Keeping up with the changes and being able to translate ‘what is new’, into ‘what it means for your business’ is my raison d’etre.
Too many times I see potential customers being confused by the lack of clarity that some suppliers give.
My challenge is to reduce that confusion and to give a fair and honest (not always welcome) view of things.
