This depends on what you want to achieve, the range of stocks that you use and whether or not 5th/6th colours are required.
At entry and mid-production levels, there ARE differences in output image quality, registration and substrate capabilities.
At the high-production end of the scale, these functions are very much a ‘given’ with additional automation for maintaining image quality being available from all OEMs.
So how do you decide which is best for you?
Is it a case of getting samples printed on all OEM devices to compare? (I can do that for you!)
Is it a case of understanding how service responses fit in your area? (I can do that too!)
Or, is it a something more basic, such as the cost of the service click? (I can help with that too!)
The increase of A4-six page or A3-landscape work has made the cost of service clicks even more of a focus.
This comparison might surprise you.
